Gloria A. Mayberry 1946—2018
Gloria A. Mayberry, 72, passed away Sunday, June 3, 2018, with loved ones around her at Northwoods Nursing Home in Belvidere, IL. She was born in rural Braggadocia Township, Missouri; the daughter of Clarence and Fannie (Britt) Wilkins. Gloria loved playing Bingo, playing slot machines, Elvis Presley, and anything Mickey Mouse. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Gloria was a loyal member of the Moose Lodge for many years. She is loved and will be missed by her husband, Richard Mayberry, Sr.; sons, Rick (Diane) Mayberry and Brad (Cathy) Mayberry; granddaughters, Breann and Caitlin Mayberry; brother, William Wilkins; half-brother, Harold (Beverly) Wallace; half-sisters, Irene Wallace, Willie Johnson;and many nieces and nephews. Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Fannie (Britt) Wilkins; half-brothers, J.H. Wallace and Dennis Wallace; half-sister, Mary Elizabeth (Wallace) Wright.
